Delivery Information
Delivery of turf, topsoil and Landscaping bark
Upon receipt of your order for turf, topsoil and landscaping bark Turfman.co.uk will contact you to discuss your delivery. When placing your order it is advisable to leave a daytime contact number.
You can also enter your preferred delivery date and any other comments in the box provided and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
We aim to deliver within 2 to 5 working days from receipt of your order.
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5pm, Tuesday to
Friday (excluding Bank Holidays, no delivery on Mondays).
We will agree with you a day for delivery but cannot guarantee
timed deliveries. We will however endeavour to meet your
requirements where possible.
To avoid damage to your property by heavy vehicles, delivery of turf, topsoil and landscaping bark is made to kerbside only. This means we undertake to place the goods as close to your property as deemed suitable by the driver.
It is preferable that you are available at the delivery address to accept the delivery; therefore it is important that you ensure that you are satisfied with the delivery date agreed. You must also provide safe access to the point of unloading.
Turfman.co.uk is able to deliver turf, topsoil and landscaping bark if you are not present, but in these circumstances we can accept no liability for any deterioration in or theft of any of the items delivered. Neither can we accept responsibility for the consequences of the positioning of the pallets or tote bags by the delivery driver.
Our tote bags and pallets are 'non-returnable'.
Fertiliser and lawn seed will be delivered via first class post for lighter products (2kg and under) and courier for heavier products.
Delivery will normally take place within 2 to 4 working days from receipt of order. Once your order has been despatched we will contact you with confirmation.
